Hello, my name is My NAME and I am a long time customer of NongShim Picante Bowl Noodle Soup.
Recently, on a family trip last week, my family purchased two boxes of 12 NongShim Picante Bowl Noodle Soup from the local Costco. However, the night after we ate it, we discovered that we all had an upset stomach, my mother and father both vomitting and having nausea. Returning fromt the campsite, I went to the doctor's office and got a checkup, the doctor told me that my symptoms were all due to a possible food poisoning. As, me and my family only ate the Bowl Noodle Soups, we knew that this was our problem. I gave a bowl of the noodle soup to my brother and he analyzed it at the UCSD lab and discovered that the noodles were fine, however the seasoning contained foreign materials such as sulfur and lead, possibly from wearing metal. I was very dissapointed and also very sick due to the fact that NongShim seasoning was faulty.
I would like to have an email response by Monday August 4, 2003 and I would like a refund for my faulty products to:

ADDRESS
If, however, I do not receive a response, I will immediately contact the Better Business Bureau and the FDA. Again, I am very shocked and dissapointed, I have trusted NongShim to produce topnotch products however, I now am deterred to believe that it produces unhealthy, faulty food.
Dissapointed,
My Name

Thank you Mr. Lee for replying my message,
I purchased both of the boxes at the local Costco in
Poway, California. Both TTMMIT's had the same numbers
which was: 604964.
If you'd like I can also give you the barcode number
if it helps. I would also like to inform of another
incident that happened 1 week ago. My friends family
was having a family reunion and they also had stomach
problems as a result. I would greatly appreciate it if
you would find out the problem so that others will not
suffer from stomcach problems.
Could you tell me what you are sending? I requested a
check as a refund however if you are sending something
else as a substitute, that would also be fine.
Again I would like to thank you for your reply in
advance.
