Heh heh.

I..... I mean "a Friend of mine" has done this alot. He used to work in a newsagents and would just take money from customers for an item open the till and clock in the price of a much cheaper item. Then the difference would be put into a bank bag (small plastic sleeve for notes) and would travel home with him. Good way of earning extra dough when youre not being paid a whole lot.

The trick, I think, is to get your co-workers in on it. That'd probably be pretty feckin' easy at a place like McDonald's or something.

Yeah, Wal-Mart would be good for it as well. Wal-Mart employees get treated like shite, they'd probably be glad to do this.

They typically get payed even less than Walmart dudes. Walmart employees actually get treated pretty well. They have a nice insurance program and all that.

Walmart employees actually get treated pretty well. Uhm, no. That's more wrong than Goatse. Trust me, I've had two family members working there. There are at least two organizations devoted to fixing Wal-Mart's worker policies.

I have to agree with Kak on this one. A Wal-Mart employee manager mistook me for a Wal-Mart employee and he talked to me like I wasn’t even human.

At the small businesses I've worked at, I first find out where the cameras are located....then when I've found what I want (or how much) I pretend like I'm putting it somewhere else off camera and on then into my pocket or backpack it goes........
The cooperations (like Target, Walmart, McD's etc) tend to have more safeguards against theft so you will find it harder to be an amoral cashier when you're working for a large-scale business.
