As you know (If you have read the sticky thread above mine) my good friend and fellow moderator of Music, Movies & The Written Word Way2Drunk2Walk has been rating movies.
I have been (and will continue to do so) recommending books. Occasionally, we will cross over into each others territory and I will rate a movie and he will recommend a book; which is totally fine as we both read and watch movies.
If you want to reccomend a book or rate a movie that is completely fine as long as you keep your reccomendations and ratings to a minimum as to not flood the forum.
If I or my fellow moderator Way2Drunk2Walk feels that your thread is innapropriate for this forum, or just innaproporate period your thread will be locked.
I am a new moderator here so I don't want to get off on the wrong foot by going on a locking craze, so lets just try to avoid that problem, okay?
With that said, Welcome to the Music, Movies & The Written Word forum, and I hope you enjoy it.

I don't see any problem with a member rating/reviewing as many books or movies as they want, as long as the piece in question has not been covered previously.

If everyone reccomended as many books as they wanted we would have a bunch of records that we could only....archive.
Good thinking, I'll alow it, you can recomend and rate at your own will.

Ok, don't really wanna rate this movie and review it in its entirety, but I strongly want to recommend it.
The Virigin Suicides is a GREAT movie with twists the whole way throughout. I think what is so superb about this movie, is that alhtough based ona book, it is incredibly original material. Not your usual sad, dramatised cop or court case stuff. But something to really get you thinking.
It is also one of Sofia Copollas first films. A great great start to a great career.
So guys, just wanna say check it out. and for those of you who like Kirsten Dunst, she is young and tasty in this one. very good looking indeed

Watch me step into other people's territory. Flawless. You should make a new thread for every different book, movie, CD, whatever . Just a suggestion--things are easier to find that way.

Everyone watch out for the 1984 movie, Class of Nuke'em high, it is oficially the worst movie ever, it has absolutely no point at all, is filled with horrible acting, and will actually make you dumber after watching it, i feel dumber for watching it myself.
