Nu metal reminds me of emo kid music. Emo punk is like way weird.

Has anybody heard of Extol? They are an extremely hard metal band from Norway. BUT! They are a Christian band www.undeceived.net/I loathe Christian music. It's just any other style of music with the word "baby" (or "fuck" in the case of hard rock) replaced by "Jesus" or "praise" or "lord." Also, I've been forced to listen to Christian music all night long for over a month now, every night...the fucking radio station plays about six different goddamn songs...

Christian music? oh boy, a bunch of rockers yelling "JESUS LOVES YOU" over an amp just hurts.

Seriously, just listen to it. I always hated Christian music too, but this stuff is good. It doesn't really matter to me about their styles or lyrics. The music is good.

I do believe I like Black Sabbath the best, the do rock.
I do also like Third Eye Blind, no idea what to categorize them as... There new album is a lot harder as far as type of music.
As I wrote this i was actually listening to a Black Sabbath song, crazy, no?
I also like Stupify by Disturbed. Though I don't much like their other stuff...
Wow I am proud of myself, I hardly looked at the keyboard at all cuz it was dark, but that is an accomplishment for me, BOOYAH!

I was gona go to that gig, but paying 60euro just wasn't worth it to just see Metallica. If they had a different band instead of Linkin Park, then maybe... But I despise Linkin Park and would not ever want to see them live.

^Good judgement. I've seen footage of them live, they suck cock. I kind of liked the first CD, I really dig the lyrics, but releasing a CD of almost 100% remix shit is just complete crap. Haven't heard any of the new album.

I never actually got to see Metallica perform.
The ticket prices at the time were a joke for the 6 of us. Plus no alcohol was allowed in the venue, so we used our ticket money on the alcohol, got pissed outside and heard the whole concert.
The party atmosphere outside the venue was probably more fun then inside ;D
