Go to DOS and do a check of all IPs currently connected to your computer.
Then establish a direct connection with the person whos IP you want, via a chat client like ICQ etc.
Then run another check and the IP that wasn't there the first time is their IP.

On a lot of new operating systems you have to first open up a command prompt rather than running the DOS command straight from the Windoze Run box. i.e. Run "Command" and then enter "netstat -n" rather than just running "netstat -n" from Windoze. Oh, and to get Run press the Windows key + R or Start -> Run
