Post questions and answers to boosting methods here.
Hotwiring from car to car differs but the basics are the same. Pull the wiring loom off the back of the ignition barrel. Strip all the wires, there is normally 4-8.
Touch them all together then remove one wire to disengage the starter motor, otherwise it will just crunch like holding the key fully on. What color the wire is depends on the make/model of the car.
If you don't know the color just try removing wire by wire individually. You will know when you get it right.
Hotwiring this way will give you everything like accessories, lights, dash etc.
Also it may have a factory steering lock. Just use force turning the wheel to break the locking pin. Two people helps if you arn't real strong, they take a bit of force to pop.
Another simple method is to buy an ignition barrel and key from the wrecking yard. Then just break the steering lock, and plug the cars wiring loom on to your ignition barrel and key. Now just start the car as normal.

Also "alot" of cars with a factory immobiliser work off a chip in the vehicles key.
This corresponds to the vehicles Memcal unit, so when the correct key is inserted it sends a code to the Memcal to disarm the immobilisation.
The Memcal is a computer box located in the kick panel of most cars.
To bypass this system, you need to obtain a key and ignition tumbler plus the chip from the memcal that corresponds with your key.
Gain entry to the car you wish to "start", then open the memcal box and pull the original chip out and replace it with yours.
Then pull the wiring loom off the back of the factory ignition barrel and plug it in to your barrel and key.
Now you can start the car and bypass the immobiliser.
This will not work on every factory immobiliser. It will depend on the make/model of the vehicle.
To get a matching Memcal, key and ignition barrel, try the junk yark and get it out of a wreck.

Phew! I thought you were just going to copy and paste the hot wiring method from the anarchist cookbook!
Nice methods on hotwiring the ol' cars! ;D

No i didn't use any info from the ACB.
I still havn't even bothered to read anything from there regarding boosting.
Everything i posted came from the grey matter, i do have a fairly sound knowledge on automotive electronics. But unfortunately probably not on the specific makes/models that you are familiar with in your country.
However the concepts will most likely apply, just not the specifics. But i'm sure alot of info can be tailored to suit your needs.

If you want this place to be ANY bit reputable, NEVER post form the ACB. It is the biggest collection of lies on the Internet.

never tried it but i heard that you can use a skate tool to hotwire a car Do you mean to hotwire or to jiggle the lock? Hotwiring is basically applying +12 volts to the starter motor wire to crank the engine. Jiggling is basically manipulating the ignition barrel to simulate the use of a key.
