If you take zoloft ( or prozac) and have a Halucinagens (SSRI's+ Acid, Shrooms) you might not get the high that you are looking for. It still is not 100% proven yet, but since i take zoloft maybe i should try some shrooms so i can test it out.You down with OCD then you know me!

This is a relitively recent development, and is most likely only noticed because of the ever increasing popularity of these SSRI's. Paxil , zoloft, deseryl, and prozac all inhibit some of the effects of hallucinogens, and dissociatives such as ketamine. What makes this odd is that tricyclic anti-depressants, which work in a very similar fasion to SSRI's actually caused an increase in effects of LSD and psilocybin.
Since this phenomenon has only recently been recognized, it will probably be quite a while before we have any concrete proof of what is causing these reactions.
